Job Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Portfolio Accountability

  • AIFSD Adoption: Champion the adoption of AIFSD, including the use of AI/works, within your portfolio to revolutionize delivery practices.
  • Methodology Evolution: Implement the AI-era equivalent of the SDLC, moving the portfolio from writing custom code to leveraging AI-enabled components and ecosystem technology.
  • Capabilities Uplift: Upskill teams on the agentic development platform to ensure delivery remains a strategic differentiator.

3. Operational & Commercial Leadership

  • Execution of non-T&M commercial models: Implement Fixed Price and outcome-based models as the sensible default for pre-deal initiation and ensure robust risk management for all non-T&M engagements.
  • Joint KPIs: Partner with Industry Market Directors to achieve shared goals across Revenue, Bookings, and Realized Margin, while maintaining individual accountability for URVE, IDC, and CSAT.
  • Staffing & Recruitment: Partner with operations to drive effective leverage, rotations, and flex-workforce planning to optimize delivery efficiency.

4. Customer & People Leadership

  • C-Suite Engagement: Elevate value for our clients by engaging with the C-suite using mechanisms like QBRs, to bring “all of Thoughtworks” to the customer to unlock future growth.
